Early 2023, I heard a whisper, "You've poured into adults in Chadds Ford, now pour into children."

The voice got louder when my dear friend Gladie implored me to do the same.

Then the DeYoes called with the idea to teach at Innovate. So I approached the school founder, Mrs. Monica, offering my help, however she needed it.

That led me to teach entrepreneurship at Innovate Academy last semester.

Twenty-two youth launched real businesses that generated over $4,000 in revenue and wove in many life lessons.

I used the Christian version of the Boss Club curriculum.
